CANCELLATION
Consumers will be able to cancel the order one placed successfully only within 5 minutes from the time order was placed and you receiving the confirmation message. Once we will process the order, order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We shall reserve the right to cancel the order due to non – availability of ingredients or products / items anytime after order was placed or for any reason beyond our control.
REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Consumers are requested to check all the items for any defect, at the time of delivery.
You shall be entitled to return the order if the same is found tempered with packaging or wrong order was delivered. In these cases, you will be entitled to get the refund of your money maximum to the total amount of order placed. Order should be returned without un-wrapping the item or using it in anyway. We shall not refund for any partially or fully used item. Delivery charges if any incurred shall not be refunded.
